An ode to modern love!

The best kind of relationships are the ones you won’t be able to put into words or make anyone even understand but only you know that what you receive is something unadulterated, unconventional and unique. So here is a little something for a series that showed love in its many forms unfiltered, as it is but what it is as love is always love.

Their approval means everything to you

Even a baby on the way seems fine to you

You may not find the one but you have found a special someone

When your door man is your main man

Your little paradise is broken, things are reaching an end

You understand truth hurts more than the lie

A spark down the lane make you give another try

For you realize love always finds a way

There is a storm after every rainbow, you wish there was an off switch

You feel you are way far from normal and you are your worst enemy

But all you need to do is love and accept yourself for who you are

And let others into your world and make a choice by themselves

Hanging by a thread together for the children, something feels lost

Unwillingly giving a try for the sake of society, the bottled feelings slowly flow

When the pressure is finally off, genuine words release from the heart

You realize what’s lost is not always found but made with love and effort

People say you find love in the strangest of places

But you don’t seem to have a name for what you have found in the ER

You just savor each every moment as it flickers not knowing where it is leading to

As you come to terms that this is not the whole story but a chapter

Your relationship makes other cringe but you seek warmth and comfort

You realize it is not two way it never was you try so hard to come terms with reality

Not sure of what you actually wanted out of this may be your lost childhood

But In the end you find something better, a dad moment you always longed for

Becoming a family of three seems hectic

Your life is a roller coaster even before the kid

You finally learn to see someone else as someone of your own

And the timing couldn’t be perfect you see it is love at first sight

Every end is a new beginning you realize life can begin even at 70

when you feel you have seen everything life offers you new things

If you are lucky you will find love twice along with it the heart break

But isn’t journey more important than the destination
