I love a neutral or subtle palette for interiors but it is important for me to include colors albeit in the form of accents to break the monotony so I provide you with five of my favorite options to do it successfully.
Cushions/throws
I am an avid
lover of fabrics in the interior. I love how they bring the whole room together
giving a cozy feel to the ambiance effortlessly and does it much better than
any other item although requires maintenance. Cushion prints have come a long
way since their inception. Pom-Poms, intricate embroidery, quirky prints, wild
prints, and a whole lot of material choices have come into play and hence they
offer a lot of potential in sprucing up your interiors in a cozy yet quirky
way.

Ceramic art ware
Pottery has
always been a well-known craft of India and they provide a variety of items
starting from kitchenware to artifacts and more. They have this innate sense
of beauty which works wonders to any space especially in coffee tables, dining
tables making the perfect setup for any high tea or just for a really relaxed
evening beverage. They are a little fragile in mature but even in their broken
state they make for great art along with the resin.

Wall art
A wall of
photo frames have now become everyone’s go-to décor option and all for the right
reasons. The best thing about this trend is that you can customize it to suit
your personality. For example, your wall should be an extension of who you are
as a person and tell your story or be an amalgamation of your favorite things.
If you love cinema it can feature some of your favorite
moments/films/personalities associated with it. If you love it quirky go for
some out-of-box illustrations by your favorites artists or it can be your
favorite quotes or anything that you feel a close connection with and makes you
happy.

Flowers & Plants
Florals have
the power to make anything pretty and your home should be no exception. Gone
are the days when the plants belonged in your backyard or front porch or balcony. They are inside now and we have got nothing to complain about. Interior
plants have become a rage and everyone would love to be a part. They instantly
brighten up a place in addition to providing a peaceful and harmonious
environment. But it is important that you are invested in the whole process of
maintaining the plants which can be a handful but extremely satisfying. If you
don’t feel up to it, you can add flowers to your daily shopping regime and
place them in colorful vases in nooks and corners of your houses apart from tables
to make it pop.
